Overview
Upgrades the Android Gradle wrapper from 8.5 to 9.6.1 by changing distributionUrl in gradle-wrapper.properties.

gradlew and gradlew.bat are replaced with the current Gradle-generated launcher scripts: POSIX sh (instead of bash), -jar wrapper launch (replacing classpath + main class), default JVM heap -Xmx64m / -Xms64m, and updated Cygwin/MSYS path handling and Windows error/exit behavior.

No application or build.gradle logic changes—only how CI and local builds bootstrap Gradle.
