Twelve guides to LLM usage, with commands and output from released tools. An evidence page explains what can be shared and retained with summaries.
Current command examples pin fleetdiff v0.12.1. The home-page library installs pin llm-sketchkit v0.4.0; the existing Python guides retain v0.3.0. Collector configuration pins v0.6.1 and Helm chart 0.6.1. Historical evidence retains the versions and source revisions used for those measurements.

Requires Python 3.11 or later. The static-site builder uses only the standard library.
python3 scripts/build.py
python3 -m unittest discover -s scripts -p 'test_*.py'
python3 scripts/check.py
python3 scripts/check.py --release-pinsThe release-pin check resolves the cited fleetdiff tag anonymously and rejects any active installer or source commit pin that differs. Collector pins must match the latest stable runtime release and avoid published advisory ranges. CI reads both anonymously on every PR and fails if the lookup is unavailable. The other static checks remain offline, using the recorded public policy snapshot. Refresh that snapshot when updating collector pins:
python3 scripts/collector_pins.py --record evidence/collector-release-policy.jsonOpen docs/index.html in a browser. The site uses Plausible for visitor analytics.
The guides are static HTML and require no account or external fonts to read.
The outsider check extracts the exact command blocks from each guide, runs them in separate new temporary directories with fresh caches, and checks the displayed output against the captured output. It downloads public release artifacts and verifies the fleetdiff checksums and attestations. It needs curl, gh, shasum, tar, Python 3.11+, and Go 1.26.9 or later for the synthetic history generator. Run it outside a cloud-synced folder:
python3 scripts/outsider.py --output evidence/localMachine, versions, source tags, methods and commands for the checked examples are recorded in evidence/README.md.
The own-data check runs the exact guide blocks with synthetic inputs. Database
blocks use real PostgreSQL from the fixture's cached digest-pinned image with
--pull=never and --network=none; a loopback byte transport connects the
unchanged installed host binary to that database. A missing image is a failure,
not a mock fallback. The fixture provisions the documented read-only role and
tests both credential sources. No model calls are made.
On a fresh machine, first populate the Docker cache with the exact PostgreSQL digest from the released fixture image manifest. CI runs this explicit preparation before the own-data check; the database runtime itself never pulls an image:
docker pull postgres@sha256:3645570cccdfa447589da9f57dd740faa29b30938e861289a5574b6ca6b03826python3 scripts/check.py --own-data --output evidence/local/own-dataTo check only the database fixture and transport using an existing fleetdiff
source directory, set FLEETDIFF_SOURCE to its path, then run:
SITE_POSTGRES_SOURCE="$FLEETDIFF_SOURCE" python3 -m unittest discover -s scripts -p 'test_native_database.py' -vThis fixture check does not validate a released binary. When changing release
pins, bind FIXTURE_COMMIT in scripts/own_data.py to the verified release's
source commit, rerun the own-data, outsider and release-review checks, and retain
the actual command/output hashes. Historical verification records are not
evidence for changed commands; the default checks reject stale hashes.
The generated docs/ directory is ready for branch-based GitHub Pages hosting.
Enable it only after the page text has been reviewed and merged. Sitemap and
canonical URLs use https://llm-measurement.github.io/; they become live on
publication. This scaffold does not enable hosting or change repository settings.
Change the source pages, rebuild, and check the generated diff in the same PR.
The public Google verification file at the repository root is copied unchanged
into docs/, outside the generated-assets cleanup, for Search Console verification.
Keep results tied to released versions. Each guide keeps a short interpretation
line linked to the shared Measurement notes section on the summaries page.
Commits must be signed and signed off (git commit -s -S).
