Guide Builder toward one narrow, executable path through the real entrypoint and necessary integrations before expanding the capability. Early testing starts with a representative happy path and minimal machinery; failure checks enter when safety, feasibility or confidence requires them, and unit tests enter when isolating stable decisions improves protection or diagnosis. Retained behavior still needs repeatable protection, and project delivery gates remain binding.
Make Pragmatic Hexagonal Architecture explicit guidance for code layout and dependency boundaries, and add a website guide explaining the development loop, evidence limits and installation.
A fresh sandboxed Codex session exercised a ZIP handoff CLI through packing, source removal and verification before adding black-box regression protection. Independent checks confirmed the behavior, and deliberately removing digest rejection caused the retained detector to fail. This evidence is limited to one task on macOS, without a baseline comparison.
