GPU-based beamformer for 3D, real-time ultrasound imaging. CPU beamformer written in Matlab as proof of concept. GPU algorihm written in CUDA with Matlab kernel to process raw ultrasound data into images at ultrafast rates for 3D functional ultrasound imaging.
I (Kyle) am the sole direct contributor to this project. Mentored by Claire Rabut of Caltech Shapiro Lab.
