docs(pitch): replace the expiring Discord invite with the permanent one - #31

The slide 12 footer (EN and ES) pointed to an invite that expires on 2026-10-23. The new invite has no expiry and no use limit; checked against Discord's public invite API: server Kumply, expires_at null. A search of all tracked files found no other use of the old invite, and the README has no Discord link. The old invite code stays in git history.
