Re-Modelling of Drumlins Country Club: The following club is a part of Syracuse University which needed major upgrades in different areas within the club such as the Bar, Bistro, Restrooms etc, thereby meeting the milestones and targets. The project report includes all the phases of Project Managament.

Modernization of an Old House: The .MPP file follows all the activities as mentioned in the project statement, including the assumptions such as holidays during the schedule, location of the project and work hours, also following all the constraits in the scenario.
