Since mlx 0.32, a PyDataset worker forked while another thread is evaluating can hang in its first op. On linux CI that's about one run in two, and it sits there until the 2 h timeout. mlx has decided not to support fork (JAX doesn't either), and keras already skips these three tests on jax and tensorflow. They're excluded on every platform because the list is shared, even though macOS uses spawn and isn't affected.
