Summary

Bump version from 0.4.24 to 0.4.25 across all release-tracked files (per the release skill).

• CLI: cli/planoai/__init__.py, cli/planoai/consts.py, cli/pyproject.toml, cli/uv.lock (regenerated via uv lock)
• CI / build: .github/workflows/ci.yml, build_filter_image.sh
• Docs: docs/source/conf.py, docs/source/get_started/quickstart.rst, docs/source/resources/deployment.rst
• Site / demos: apps/www/src/components/Hero.tsx, demos/llm_routing/preference_based_routing/README.md

No Cargo.lock or other *.lock files were touched. config/validate_plano_config.sh was checked — it reads the version dynamically from cli/, so no edit needed (matches the prior release 0.4.23 / 0.4.24 pattern).

Test plan

• CI passes (build, lint, unit tests, zero-config smoke test seeded from cli/planoai/__init__.py)
• Docker tag job builds katanemo/plano:0.4.25
• cli/uv.lock diff is limited to the planoai package version bump
