dailyJSONURL Needs to be set.

Until I set dailyJSONURL to dailyJSONURL: "https://xkcd.com/info.0.json", It just sits at "Loading..."

Hi,

yes, using

dailyJSONURL: "https://xkcd.com/info.0.json"

works correctly. However, this URL is actually already set in the default values of MMM-XKCD.js.

So in theory, you shouldn’t need to explicitly set this variable in your config.js at all – it should work out-of-the-box with the defaults.

If it only works after setting it explicitly, there might be another issue preventing the defaults from being picked up, but the URL itself is correct.

Can you double check if this works for you?
