This code has not been fully vetted/needs additional review before we finalize and use it.
Here we split the idea of an evaluatable field (function space) from one that has data and can be used with the coupler for send/receive
As discussed with Harsh, long term we need to add an API to partially set field data.

@hgangwar This is including lots of non-relevant changes probably due to a rebase you did? We need to figure out how to extract just the mfem adapter changes. Maybe try rebasing against jacobmerson:add-mfem-adapter You can see many less changes here. |

Rebasing was not working, so I forked jacobmerson:add-mfem-adapter, and made a pull request. Since this pr isn't needed anymore, I will close it. |
