Right after a push to a branch, GitHub can still see the branch as it was before and reject the next push to the same branch with a 409. This happens when one build pushes several .pot files of the same repo, or when several builds push at the same time. The error log now shows the HTTP status and the exception type, so a failure with an empty body still says what happened.
