🎫 Issue IBX-12374

Description:

Phase-5 cleanup after the Behat 4 flip (ibexa/behat#200). This repository's suites are defined in behat_suites*.php (imported by the ibexa/behat PHP roots); the YAML twin was kept only for the transition and is dead — Behat 4 cannot load YAML configuration at all, and nothing references the file (verified: no workflow, script or doc reference on 6.0).

Companion to ibexa/behat#201, which removes the YAML roots from ibexa/behat. No merge-order dependency between them.

For QA:

Browser CI must stay green — it already runs on the PHP configuration only.

Documentation:

N/A

🟢 Green CI with the temporary ibexa/behat IBX-12374-list-scenarios pin: https://github.com/ibexa/user/actions/runs/34216441395 (pin dropped afterwards, browser jobs need a rerun once ibexa/behat#202 merges)
