- Renamed the CI workflow to Backend CI and added a bare workflow_dispatch trigger. - Bumped actions/checkout from v6 to v7. - Replaced direct ramsey/composer-install steps (and the now-redundant shivammathur/setup-php steps) with the standard ibexa/gh-workflows/actions/composer-install@main composite action, passing the PHP version explicitly. - Standardized runner labels to ubuntu-26.04. - Dropped the stale master entry from the Backend CI push trigger. - Added a pipefail guard to the code style check step so cs2pr no longer masks check-cs failures. - Removed the obsolete pr-assign workflow. - Replaced the legacy zendesk-based release workflow (which also pinned actions/checkout to a branch) with the skeleton release.yaml calling the shared release_bundle.yml reusable workflow. - Renamed upmerge.yml to upmerge.yaml.
