- Renamed ci.yaml to backend-ci.yaml, renamed the workflow to Backend CI and added a bare workflow_dispatch trigger - Updated actions/checkout to v7 - Standardized runners to ubuntu-26.04 - Dropped non-existent main branch from push triggers - Passed the PHP version to the composer-install action explicitly (IBX-11907 follow-up; the implicit matrix.php fallback is kept only for backwards compatibility) - Guarded the code style check against masked pipe failures with set -euo pipefail (IBX-11853 canonical fix) - Removed the deprecated pr-assign.yaml workflow - Replaced the legacy changelog/release workflow with the standard release.yaml calling the release_bundle.yml reusable workflow
