Kysely #1631 Repro (SQLite option ON)

This repo reproduces Kysely issue #1631 on SQLite builds with ENABLE_UPDATE_DELETE_LIMIT enabled, showing baseline (buggy) and fixed output. The fixed run is applied via a patch in the script.

Output prints baseline (error) → fixed (success) in order.
