The repository metadata is broken when we release new RPM packages

Problem

After updating Groonga-related RPM package repository to release the latest version, Groonga-related packages can no longer be found using the "dnf" or "yum" command.

Expected

We should be able to install RPM packages even after we release the latest version.

単独でなにかをリリースしても発生する。
Debian/Ubuntu向けのパッケージには影響ない。
