Fix stale GenCeption point-cloud export

Summary

Remove the stale render_pointcloud_view export from representations4d.genception.

On current main, importing the public GenCeption package fails before model loading because representations4d/genception/__init__.py imports render_pointcloud_view, while representations4d/genception/utils.py only defines render_pointcloud_frame and render_pointcloud_video.

The failure is:

ImportError: cannot import name 'render_pointcloud_view' from 'representations4d.genception.utils'

Fix

Remove the stale export:

 from representations4d.genception.utils import render_pointcloud_frame
 from representations4d.genception.utils import render_pointcloud_video
-from representations4d.genception.utils import render_pointcloud_view
 from representations4d.genception.utils import rgb_to_depth_robust

Validation

• Verified that import representations4d.genception succeeds after the change.
• Ran the released GenCeption 1.3B depth pipeline end-to-end on an NVIDIA RTX 4090 using the official transformer checkpoint, VAE checkpoint, depth prompt embedding, and example video.
• The 81-frame, 480×832 inference completed successfully.

This PR only removes the stale public export; no runtime behavior is otherwise changed.
