boards2 is empty on mainnet #6274

Status 2026-10-28. Still empty on mainnet, and on onyx too. #6147 is open with no review yet. The new homepage (#6293) no longer links the empty page, but mainnet still serves the old one until it runs a newer gnoweb (#6278).

Problem

gno.land/r/gnoland/boards2/v0 is live on mainnet but shows "Currently there are no boards". #6132 creates an OpenDiscussions board in init(), but the realm was deployed before that change landed, so mainnet never got the board. The docs already describe boards that don't exist:

• docs/users/example-boards.md names "Gno", "Random" and "Meta" boards and tells readers to "request an invite".
• docs/MANIFESTO.md:1466 links :OpenDiscussions, which answers "The board you are looking for does not exist".

The homepage features Boards, so visitors land on an empty page.

To do

• Create a first board on mainnet, through feat(boards2): Add ProposeCreateBoard, ProposeSetPermissions #6147 (ProposeCreateBoard) or a GovDAO CreateBoard.
• Update example-boards.md and the MANIFESTO.md link to match what exists.
