Ticket form data is lost when validation fails

Bug description

When creating a ticket, if a required field is left blank, the expected validation message is displayed indicating that the required field has not been filled in. However, all the data that had already been entered into the form is lost.

This issue persists when upgrading from version 11.0.8 to 11.0.9.

Could this be caused by a configuration issue on my side? Does anyone have any suggestions or best practices for addressing this problem?

I ended up implementing a workaround in JavaScript to prevent the entered data from being lost, but I would prefer to use a proper solution if there is one.

It doesn't seem to be a bug. If you look at the screenshot, you'll see that it says the “location” field wasn't filled in. And if you look at the “location” field, it's marked with an asterisk (*) and wasn't filled in.

I tested it here and it seems normal; required fields in the form (marked with an asterisk) must all be filled in before clicking “Create Call.”

Okay, but the problem is that the data entered in the fields is lost after clicking the Add button.
