Found by the SPI contract tests of gephi-plugins-tests (StatisticsContractTest), run against Gephi 0.11.4.

The betweenness loop returns from inside for (Node s : graph.getNodes()) when the statistics is cancelled. graphstore keeps the iterator's read lock until the loop completes or doBreak() is called, so cancelling left the graph read-locked and any later write (an edit, a filter, the next statistics) would block forever. Now calls doBreak() on the iterable before returning. Version 1.0.0 → 1.0.1.

Verified: the cancellation contract test (gephi-plugins-tests 1.1.1) passes. The one remaining finding, existing columns of another type, becomes a warning in the next gephi-plugins-tests release.

Short-lived branch off master-forge, 2 files.
