Summary

Seedance2.5 phone inputs showed9/3/3 and hid add controls at those limits, while desktop and the existing composer contract allow30/10/10. Pass those same computed model limits into the phone component.

Evidence

• Before: actual installed main desktop/phone comparison reproduces30/10/10 versus9/3/3;22 new regression cases fail.
  **After:**25 new boundary/model-switching/upload/removal cases and73 focused tests pass. All194 safe web files/1338 tests and web typecheck pass.
• Full local lint passes. Independent Standards and Spec reviews report zero findings on 2f5ef9e against 0c359df.
• Actual candidate built and verified in visible Codex IAB at measured1440×900 and375×900. Seedance2.5 counters and controls work beyond the former caps, disappear at30/10/10, and return below capacity after removal. Live2.0→2.5 switching retains9/3/3 versus30/10/10. Image/video/audio preview, video playback, audio readiness, close/remove and unchanged start-frame rail pass. Zero browser console errors; viewport override reset and staged inputs cleared.
• Same populated installation, .env unchanged, paid operations disabled. Repeated selections of three existing QA files through actual file choosers reuse existing reference records:182 before/after, normal usage metadata updates only. Asset/preset/workflow/queue/job/run fingerprints match. Both user-confirmed current original Graph exports preserved; original tabs were not controlled.
• Existing analyzer identities are reconciled only where surrounding prop/context tokens change:5 web findings and13 clone pairs. Independent reconstruction confirms unchanged metrics/fragments/unaffected rows/metadata; no threshold relaxation.
• All11 exact-head checks passed before merge, including1036 backend tests,1338 web tests, build and Studio browser smoke. Merged as 036ee6a30e142d77881402ac011caf752155e710; its tree equals the reviewed/browser-tested candidate. All11 checks passed again on that exact main merge.
