Currently the installation of Fedora fails, due to a failed installation of a dependency (s2).

Abseil was recently added to the r-system-requirements (see here rstudio/r-system-requirements#211) but, form a quick look, has no entry for "distribution": "fedora" and thus need to be installed explicitly in our fedora container.
