Incorrect version numbers on the self contained binary downloads? #2909

An observation whilst looking at the macOS build failures in #2899 - it looks like the FAKE binaries in the self contained archives attached to the new releases, i.e. these ones

all have a version of 1.0.0 rather than 6.x.y.
Is that right?

Querying because the CI failure mentioned at #2899 (comment) goes away when the packaged runtime library has a version of 10.0.0 rather than 1.0.0 (though I'm still not clear why it only caused issues on macOS, and apparently only with quite recent .NET 10 versions)
