I build backend systems that hold up at scale and lately, smart contracts that hold up under attack.
8+ years as a software engineer, most recently architecting analytics pipelines on 60TB+ datasets that drove $2M+ in revenue during a major 2025 campaign cycle, and building embedding/LLM pipelines for automated AI agents. Over the past year I've extended that same rigor into Web3: building and security-testing DeFi applications (an on-chain crowdfunding platform, a crypto-to-fiat exchange and lending platform) with Solidity, Foundry, and go-ethereum, writing fuzz and invariant tests for reentrancy, integer overflow, and access-control before I'd call anything "done."
What I bring:
- High-scale backend architecture (Python/Django, Go, FastAPI, PostgreSQL, Redis) proven on enterprise-grade data volumes
- AI/ML pipelines in production β embeddings, LLM-integrated APIs, automated agent decision logic
- Smart contract development and security testing (Solidity, Foundry, OpenZeppelin, go-ethereum/abigen)
- 4+ years leading cross-functional and remote teams across contract and full-time roles
Open-source projects:
- LoadForge (Go-based load testing CLI/UI) https://github.com/farhapartex/loadforge
- Crowd funding platform (Solidity based smart contract with go based backend) https://github.com/farhapartex/crowdfuncding-web3
Currently open to senior remote roles and contract work across Backend, AI, and Web3 β based in Australia, working across AU/US/UK time zones. If you're building something that needs systems that scale and hold up under scrutiny, let's talk.
Feel free to reach out if you want to collaborate on projects, discuss technology, or just chat about bikes!
