Joey's idle polling and minute maintenance use unnecessary compute, publication confirmations can race edits, and pricing does not clearly disclose separate provider charges. This release integrates the reviewed work from #151 and #152 with the runtime reductions from #153; a merge commit preserves those branches' commits.
Validation: the integrated head passed all four GitHub CI jobs (run 41641174725), with 1,319 application tests / 8 expected skips, 26 Playwright tests, and the real PostgreSQL transaction/race tests. Production audit reports zero vulnerabilities; web and Eve builds passed. The final Docker image passes homepage, Eve health, signup, login and session checks; a callback probe matches the internal Eve JSON response. Backup restoration preserved an existing completed fixture workflow, without claiming interrupted provider-action recovery. React Doctor changed-scope review has no errors; its sole remaining warning is sequential row-lock acquisition, retained intentionally for deterministic lock ordering. Main-branch CI also passed all four jobs (run 41642336689).
Deployment limitation: Vercel's Hobby account is soft-blocked for fluidCpuDuration and the live site returns 402 DEPLOYMENT_DISABLED. This independent account restriction causes the Vercel status failure; no deployment success or production journey is claimed. No paid host purchase, production database migration, real-money payment, or new public post is part of this PR.
