Expose monitoring.serviceMonitor.{interval,scrapeTimeout,honorLabels,
metricRelabelings,relabelings} on the Prometheus ServiceMonitor.
All fields are only rendered when set, so the default output is
unchanged (honorLabels defaults to false and stays omitted).
