fix: correct four display values on entity, fork, validator and probe pages - #457

… pages - Entity recent activity: Attestations Attested subtracted missed attestations from a count that already excluded them. - Fork timeline: blob parameter items after the first showed the gap since the previous item as "Activated N ago". - Validator report: the Network line was hard-coded to mainnet. - Probe flow: requested data size counted one cell per column, ignoring the number of blobs in the slot; it now shows --- when the blob count is unknown.

Fixes four values that were wrong on screen. The entity recent activity table subtracted missed attestations from a count that already excluded them. The fork timeline labelled the gap since the previous blob parameter change as "Activated N ago". The validator report always said "Network: mainnet". The probe flow's requested size counted one cell per column instead of one per blob per column, and now shows --- when the blob count is unknown.
