feat(network-select): group networks into sections with devnet family subheaders - #455

… subheaders Devnet names like glamsterdam-devnet-8 truncated in the sidebar selector and wrapped on the home page cards. Networks named <family>-devnet-<n> or <family>-shadowfork-<n> are now parsed into a family and a short label, and the selector lists them under a heading per family (Public first, then devnet families newest first, then anything unrecognised under Other). The selected devnet shows its family above its label in the button, and the home page uses the same grouping with a heading per devnet family.

The network selector now has sections: public networks first, then one per devnet family, then anything it can't parse under Other. Names like
glamsterdam-devnet-8split into a family and a short label, so the menu lists "Devnet 8" under a "Glamsterdam" heading and the button shows the family above the label. The home page cards, collapsed sidebar tooltip, feature gate, timestamp modal and chart download footer use the same labels.
