feat(slots): proposer clients as fields in the slot information section - #451

Replaces the separate Proposer Client card with fields in Block Details: consensus and execution client with logo, name and version, the raw graffiti (format in the tooltip), and the node name on devnets. Fields are omitted when unknown. Versions link to their GitHub release using the exact tag and repository from dim_client_release; a commit prefix links to the commit only when it is long enough for GitHub to resolve (7+ characters). Regenerates the API client for cbt-api 0.0.64.

Moves the proposer client details from the separate card into the Block Details fields of the slot information section. It shows the consensus and execution client (logo, name and version), the raw graffiti with its format in the tooltip, and the node name on devnets, and leaves out any field it doesn't know. Versions link to their GitHub release using the exact tag and repository from
dim_client_release. A bare commit prefix links to the commit only when it's 7+ characters, since GitHub doesn't resolve shorter ones. Also regenerates the API client for cbt-api 0.0.64.
