feat(slots): proposer client card on the slot page - #450

Adds a Proposer Client card to the slot deep dive: the consensus and execution clients parsed from the block graffiti, their versions (from a default version string, or the release whose commit the graffiti commit prefix resolves to via dim_client_release), the raw graffiti and its format, and the proposer's node name and tags where dim_node has them (devnets). Missed, orphaned, unprocessed and not-yet-backfilled slots get their own empty states. Moves the graffiti helpers (client display names, format labels) and ClientLabel to shared code, adds the Rocket Pool format label, inverts the white Lighthouse logo on light themes, and regenerates the API client for dim_client_release (cbt-api 0.0.63).

Adds a Proposer Client card to the slot page. It shows the consensus and execution clients parsed from the block graffiti and their versions, taken either from a default version string or from the release that the graffiti's commit prefix resolves to through
dim_client_release(cbt-api 0.0.63). It also shows the raw graffiti and its parse format, plus the proposer's node name and tags fromdim_nodewhere the network has them (devnets). Missed, orphaned, not-yet-processed and not-yet-backfilled slots each get a plain empty state.The graffiti helpers (client display names, format labels) and
