feat(ethereum): proposer clients page from block graffiti - #449

Conversation
Adds /ethereum/clients: consensus and execution client shares of proposed blocks over time (hourly for 24h/7d, daily beyond), per-client breakdowns, the most common client pairs and a filterable table of recent blocks with the raw graffiti and the parsed clients, versions and commits. Unknown is shown as its own series, an identified-only toggle renormalises shares, and networks without parsed graffiti get an empty state. Reads fct_block_graffiti and its hourly/daily client tables (cbt-api 0.0.62). Adds caplin, nimbusel, ethereumjs and trin-execution to the shared client lists, consensus client colours, and an EthereumJS logo.

Adds a Proposer Clients page at
/ethereum/clients(under Consensus in the sidebar). It reads the newfct_block_graffititables from cbt-api 0.0.62 and shows consensus and execution client shares of proposed blocks over time, per-client breakdowns, the most common client pairs, and a filterable table of recent blocks with their raw graffiti and the parsed clients, versions and commits. Unknown is its own series, a toggle limits shares to identified blocks, and networks without parsed graffiti get an empty state. It also adds caplin, nimbusel, ethereumjs and trin-execution to the shared client lists, adds consensus client colours and an EthereumJS logo, stops
parseClientNamereading nimbusel as nimbus, and regenerates the API client from production (which drops the unusedadmin_cbt_scheduledendpoints).
