This repository contains materials for an online workshop hosted by The Wildlife Society Early Career Professional and Student Development Working Groups.
Contains all R scripts used in exercises throughout the workshop. Note that the file number at the beginning of each script corresponds with the associated lecture number in lectures.
Contains PDFs for all lectures discussed in the workshop.
Much of the materials presented here were adapted from lectures used in the first half of a graduate-level course "Statistical Methods in Ecology and Evolution II" taught at Michigan State University. A substantial portion of those materials were developed by Elise Zipkin, as well as adapted from portions of multiple of Marc Kéry's textbooks. I would also like to thank Olivier Gimenez for all of the amazing open source workshop materials on his website, which were helpful in formulating this course.
