ComfyUI Simple Compare

A lightweight ComfyUI node for comparing two images in one preview.

Simple Compare accepts two IMAGE inputs and shows them in one preview. Click the preview to switch between image A and image B.

Features

• Two optional image inputs: image_a and image_b
• Click the preview to switch between the available images
• Displays the active image label and its resolution
• Drag the visible image into compatible ComfyUI image nodes
• Open or save the visible image from the node context menu
• Keeps ComfyUI canvas zoom available while the pointer is over the preview

Installation

Manual installation

From the custom_nodes directory of an existing ComfyUI installation:

git clone https://github.com/dimdieo/ComfyUI-Simple-Compare.git simple-compare

Restart ComfyUI, then add Simple Compare from the node search.

ComfyUI Manager

Search for Simple Compare in ComfyUI Manager.

Usage

1. Connect two images: one to image_a and one to image_b.
2. Run the workflow.
3. Click the image preview to switch between A and B.
4. Drag the visible image to a compatible image input when needed.

The output is image_a when it is connected; otherwise it is image_b.
