David Crowe

Building Agentic Control Plane, the layer that sits in an AI agent's runtime call path and makes every tool and model call identified, policy-checked, priced, and logged. Control the tool call, control the agent.

The harness plugins are open source, one repo per harness, MIT-licensed. The delegation-chain primitive is an open spec (ADCS). The managed service is free up to 5 initiating agents.
