"mysql has gone" with daily.php and wamp

Modify mysql file my.ini and increase max_allowed_packet (to 256Mb ?)

Format of city codes

Find below the format of the codes for the cities.

Departments (`dpt`)

01-95 for
2a-2b for Corsica
099 for Français établis hors de France
971-988 for overseas territories

Insee city code (`code_commune`)

001 --> 999
Keep the hundrer for overseas territories (e.g. 103 for Baie-Mahault)

Whole insee code (`insee`)

01001
For overseas territories, remove the hundred (e.g. 97103 for Baie-Mahault)
