What

Bumps @itsaplan/runner to 0.7.0 and updates its README for the changes since 0.6.0 (#586, #629, #648).

Why

The runner changes merged since v1.6.0 are not published to npm, and the README did not describe them correctly:

  • The "Issue run transcripts" section was placed after "License". It is now under a new "The output" section, without protocol internals (endpoint, offsets, batches).
  • outputFormat was described only under "Chat". It now also defines what a queued run reports as its output.
  • The README said pi takes the task as an argument. After fix(runner): pass the task to opencode, pi and omp the way each CLI reads it #629 it takes it on stdin.
  • Requirements now name one minimum instance version, 1.7.0.
  • Shorter sentences, no semicolons, a shorter ITSAPLAN_TIMEOUT_MS note, and an aligned settings table.

How to test

Read packages/runner/README.md. After merge, publish the package by hand with npm publish from packages/runner.

Checklist

  • bun run typecheck passes
  • bun run lint and bun run format:check pass
  • Tests added or updated for the changed behaviour
  • Database schema changed: migration generated with bun run db:generate and committed
  • New environment variables documented in .env.example
  • Docs updated (README.md or the relevant AGENTS.md)

Screenshots

None. No UI changes.
