Cache: hash should based on patch content instead of patch file path #703

Hash is currently generated by the arguments, which contains patch file path, which leads to following problems:

Incorrect source when patch file got updated
Duplicated when working under multiple work trees.

I just hit the same issue which bloated my cache. I think using content hash instead of path hash is the correct fix.
