  • Updated nixpkgs flake input
  • Synced stack.yaml snapshot with nixpkgs LTS version
  • Updated Cabal/Cabal-syntax to latest from Hackage
  • Regenerated nix package definitions

Just noting this is a major Cabal bump and indeed fails to build
