Updates the CNCF project-maintainers.csv data to reflect a revised maintainer list for the External Secrets Operator project.
Changes:
- Removes two existing External Secrets Operator maintainers.
- Adds two new External Secrets Operator maintainers (with affiliations and GitHub handles).

@gusfcarvalho please see the Copilot review and update. We will shortly replace this file with an automated version pulling from all the project's .project/maintainers.yaml file Once the maintainers should also make sure the profile is updated at openprofile.dev and connected to their Github handle. The automation pull their primary email from their openprofile and us that for granting access to services. |
