This is the public support home for Heimio, the ambient smart-home dashboard for Homey Pro on Apple TV, Apple Watch, iPhone/iPad and Mac. Bugs, feature ideas and device-support gaps all live here, in the open — no account with us, no hidden inbox.

- Search the existing issues — add a 👍 or a comment instead of opening a duplicate.
The easiest way is from inside the app — it fills in the technical facts for you:
- iPhone / iPad: Settings → Report a problem → Report on GitHub (or Copy details and paste anywhere).
- Apple TV: Settings → About → Report a problem → scan the QR code with your phone.
- Mac: the menu-bar popover → Report a problem.
Filing by hand instead? Please include the app version, your platform, and your hub model + firmware (Homey app → Settings → General → About).
This is a public place. Never post your API key, your hub's address or cloud ID, or anything personal. The app's own report is safe by design — it contains only technical facts (version, platform, hub model/firmware, connection mode) and never data about your home. Screenshots are welcome, but glance over them before uploading.
