Add the optional MemoryQoS settings when upgrading from 1.64.0 to 1.65.0 so the datastore accepts both new Kubernetes settings. The standard migration removes them on downgrade. Signed-off-by: Craig Qian <qianxj@amazon.com>

You will have to bump the version in Release.toml and Twoliter.toml. You can use an older PR for reference. |
