With the merge of log-extractor (peer-observer/peer-observer#272), the process of generating new data for the dataset can be automated.
That would involve writing a LogMatcher instance to detect when a new block arrived and maybe have a tool that observe it and open the PR. Maybe accumulate data for a while and submit one PR with e.g. nightly data.
