Simplify paude harvest with multiple remotes per session - #255

Allow harvest to select a branch or ref that is not checked out in the container. Reuse matching ext remotes from the current host repository so multi-repository sessions do not require repeated path and remote flags.
Pass an omitted container path through to the workflow so it can infer that path from a matching ext remote. Discover the current repository when harvest is invoked from a nested working directory.
Fetch explicitly named refs directly and check out FETCH_HEAD so tags, pull request refs, and other full refs do not depend on remote-tracking branch names.
Fetch the selected branch explicitly and reset from FETCH_HEAD. This avoids reusing a stale remote-tracking ref and allows host destinations that are linked Git worktrees.
Treat an ext remote containing a %S marker as unsafe when its command cannot be parsed. This prevents a mismatched container path from bypassing harvest validation and clarifies the inferred CLI defaults.

This cleans up the UX of
paude harvestwhen dealing with paude sessions that contain multiple repos, such as gascity and lots of rigs attached separate from the city workspace at the root.
