…2610) Bumps the shared log4j.version property from 2.26.0 to 2.26.1 across the root pom and three example poms. Reviewed and approved by @phipag. Review performed by Claude: patch release with no CVEs or API changes, all artifacts confirmed on Maven Central, no api to core version drift, CI green across Java 11, 17, 21, and 25. Supersedes #2611 and #2609.
