Adds the Praticidade Index 2026.1, an open CC BY 4.0 dataset of walkability and everyday-convenience rankings for 397 neighbourhoods and areas in Brazilian and Portuguese cities (about 1,150 rows).
Why it fits: open, neighbourhood-level walkability data for Brazil and Portugal is hard to find. The data downloads directly as CSV and JSON from the GitHub repo, with a Frictionless datapackage.json and no login. It is archived on Zenodo with a DOI (10.5281/zenodo.23850105). As CONTRIBUTING asks, the homepage points to the data repository, not the website.
