TaxTrek - Gamified Tax Literacy Simulator

TaxTrek is an interactive, gamified web application that helps young adults and first-time taxpayers understand how taxes work through an engaging, educational experience.

Prerequisites

• Node.js 18+ (Download from nodejs.org)
• npm (comes with Node.js)

Installation & Setup

1. Clone the repository:

   git clone https://github.com/atharv-santosh/TaxTrek.git
   cd TaxTrek/taxtrek

2. Install dependencies:

   npm install

3. Start the development server:

   npm run dev

4. Open your browser: Navigate to http://localhost:3000
