Explicitly exclude CMakeLists.txt files from the build to avoid warning:

warning: 'swift-distributed-tracing': found 1 file(s) which are unhandled; explicitly declare them as resources or exclude from the target
    swift-distributed-tracing/Sources/Instrumentation/CMakeLists.txt
