Issue for this PR

Closes #58489

Draft for feedback; maintainer design approval is still pending on the issue.

Type of change

  • Bug fix
  • New feature
  • Refactor / code improvement
  • Documentation

What does this PR do?

For A → B → C, the running-work header currently misses C. A now lists B and C, with C indented beneath B; B lists only C.

The header loads missing session ancestry and walks running descendants of the viewed session. Workers are identified by session ID so repeated task descriptions cannot merge entries or open an older session. Starting calls remain in the timeline until their session ID is known.

How did you verify your code works?

  • Reproduced A → B → C locally in OpenCode Dev.
