graphify-opencodeto the plugin table: Graphify code intelligence and repository memory through hosted MCP, native OAuth, and/graphify.The entry links to the official repository. The v2 compatibility fix is merged in Graphify-Labs/graphify-opencode-plugin#1 and published as graphify-opencode@1.1.1, the current npm
latest. Verified installation:The official Git tag
