docs: add Gentoo installation to the README #54313

Description

@switch87

The Installation section lists npm, brew, scoop, choco, pacman, the AUR, mise and nix, but not Gentoo.

On Gentoo the prebuilt binary is packaged as dev-util/opencode-bin in the ::guru overlay:

eselect repository enable guru
emerge dev-util/opencode-bin

I would like to add this to the Installation section and am happy to send a PR.

    Thanks for the suggestion, @switch87! You're asking for the Gentoo install path (dev-util/opencode-bin from the ::guru overlay) to be added to the README's Installation section next to the other package managers.

    Maintainers will decide whether to list it. Some related history:

    If you send a PR, please mention whether the guru ebuild packages v1 (opencode-ai, 1.x) or v2 (2.x) builds, since that affects where it fits. The translated README.*.md files list the same commands, so they may need the line too.

    New PR against the v2 branch: #54316 (the first one was closed because it targeted dev).
